 Works great, but the retraction system is weak Sep 22, 2010

I got this for my Zune, and it works great. The cable is great, and the sound quality is excellent. The retraction system worked great for a week, and then it stopped locking once the cord was pulled to the right length. So for awhile, it wanted to stay rolled up unless I anchored the Zune down. Finally, while I was messing with it, the retraction system broke apart, which was fine with me. I guess that was my fault, though. Now I have the cable (still working perfectly), and I don't have to deal with the stupid retraction system.

I am really pleased with this AUX cable. I had seen some that costs a lot more. Thank you for making it such a reasonable price. I have recommended to others who were looking for one.

This product is horrible. It broke as soon as I pluged it in to my aux part in the car. Will never buy anything from this company again. Now my cable won't wind around the insiede of the cable, it's just a long cable that runs over the dash.

Product arrived without any packaging (i.e. thrown in the shipping package), and sticker/label that is shown on the product was missing. The rectractable cord doesn't work very well (if at all). Over all very disappointed with product, would not recommend to others.

The price is good and the cord is OK but the retractable mechanism broke the first time I used it. Also, the sticker was not correctly attached to the retractable mechanism. Overall, I would not recommend this product.
