The bottom piece is the downfall Jun 28, 2011
By poppin' bottles I've bought 2 of these cases and both times I had the same experience. I LOVED it at first and so did the people that needed their bottles opened, but afater a month the botom half of the phone case started slipping off more and more. After sliding the top and bottom pieces on and off a few times the thing became the prom queen after the prom, never tight again. After losing the bottom piece the first time, I deceided to get it again thinking maybe I had a faulty case. But the same thing happened, so now I am looking for another bottle opener case.
It's not bad or the price, but don't expect a stress free phone case.

Funny and Unique, But Pretty Much Useless As a Phone Case Dec 15, 2011
By DaniBug I love when people are ingenious in their creations. (See my reveiw of the Knork!) But this one falls short in the dependablilty catagory. If you are a 'phone case collector/changer' and like to put new one ones on for different occasions, I can see this being a good buy.
The bottle opener works like a charm. People love it. It IS a conversation piece. But if you try to use it long term, as your only case, you will be disappointed when it starts coming apart at the bottom.
Buy it as a fun gift, use it occasionally, be the talk of the party, BUT please don't buy it hoping for a durable, long term case.

Opener is awesome! But bottom piece fails Dec 09, 2011
By DannyJax You will definitely have the most unique bottle opener, that actually works really well, but after having this case for 2 months now I already need a new one. The bottom piece slides into the bigger top section, and now its like throwing a hot dog down a hallway, it just doesn't fit. I don't want to super glue it into place because in order to charge it with a car charger (or a charger other than the stock apple one) you have to take the bottom piece off.
Good Apr 27, 2012
By MrTagg Serves it's purpose, great party item but not good for everyday use just too bulky. Would recommend to a friend. Great gift
Very Dissapointed Apr 25, 2012
By Willie So I ordered this product and within two days it was at my house, because as always Amazon delivers on its promise. The actual product did not deliver on its promise however. The idea is definitely good, but when I put it on my phone I immediately realized how bulky this case was. I remember the promise that it was "slim"; however, this product was hardly slim, and in fact burdensome to carry. After getting over how bulky the case was I also realized how this feature made it difficult to access some buttons on the Iphone like the sound, turning the vibrate/ringer on and off, and accessing the button to put the phone to sleep. After again trying to rationalize this small detail, I went to plug in my headphones into this product and realized that... it was so clunky the headphones no longer could full access the jack.
Welp this is when I decided a return was warranted.
